A black and white photograph of the Cook(e) House on the corner of Thames and Green Streets ("Candy Store"). The side of the building most clearly visible has a gambrel roof and exposed brick, half of which is seen missing. The interior framing of some rooms can be seen, as well as debris and unused windows. Debris is discarded near the house, which is surrounded by a wooden fence and two cars.
