A glass plate negative depicting the Daniel B. Fearing House (Fearing Cottage), built in 1859 and located at the corner of Narragansett Avenue and Annandale Road. Architectural features include a clapboard exterior, dormered windows, windows with shutters, and an entrance area with arched windows and stairs. A few windows also have folded striped awnings. The house is bordered by a paved drive, a lawn, and trees.
