A glass plate negative depicting Eastbourne Lodge, a house located on Rhode Island Avenue. Architectural features include a tall turret, an entrance doorway, a set of windows with diamond panes, and shuttered windows. A second portion of the house (at right) sits back from the portion closest to foreground. Ivy and low bushes cover some of the walls near the doorway. A drive leads up to the house and is landscaped with a lawn and several trees.
