A photograph of an industrial building on the Newport waterfront, around the time of redevelopment plans for the area (See "Project Waterfront "on reverse). The building is mostly made of wood, with a brick chimney and a raised section with cables attached. A sign on the building reads "Famous Reading Anthracite." Cracked pavement and other debris can be seen at foreground. To the left (background) is possibly a section of Long Wharf.
