Memorial: mourning scene. Urn, willow, figure, plinth. In memory of Charles Shield Maxwell. Painted fruit and flowers on edges. Girl's name: little oval (illegible). This picture is nearly identical to a group made at the Moravian school. This is silk thread on silk. See: Kate Johnson, MA Thesis, University of Delaware. c. 1976.
