Coffeepot

Porcelain coffeepot with scrolled handle and curved spout; round medallion on front and back in deep blue, dark orange and gold enclosing a floral spray and a bug; thin bands around top and base; cover does not seem to belong to pot; cover round and flat with finial of berry and leaf design, also has banding. Annotated by Elizabeth Bond, April 1985. "in disagreement with description, i believe the cover belongs to the pot. Noting identical patterning and same circumference. Strawberry finial.
