Description
Large oak Bible box, or desk, with one large hinged lid facing front and one smaller hinged lid on right side; lids are decorated with incised grooves, chip carving; front panel is decorated with carving and punchwork. In relief is the inscription "AM 1674". This box was made in England; no provenance available.
