A metal tray that has been painted black with a tarnished gold rim and a placement print of the Old Stone Mill with the Trinity Church and several houses in the background on the right. The Harbor can be seen in the distance. The scene is pastoral with cows, a dog and three people; a man, woman and a child. A hanger appears at top for possible wall mounting. Below image reads, "Stone Mill and Harbour, Newport 1740."
