Description
A metal sidewalk plaque dating to the 1930s. Plaque is in the shape of a shield; seven stars are located across the top, while an eagle with spread wings is seen across the bottom. Center includes the following text: "BUILT BY WORKS PROGRESS ADMINISTRATION 1935-1939." Base is comprised of two 1.75" pegs that affixed the plaque to the sidewalk; evidence of residual cement can be seen on bottom. Plaque has an overall light green patina.
