Cann with flared handle that is attached to body. Appears to have been annealed or re-silvered. Engraved initials "MH" & "HH" on handle (very worn). Engraved inscription "Wm. Rogers Taylor from his grandfather Thomas White" (in script). Admiral William Rogers Taylor's (1811-1888) cann given to him by his maternal grandfather Thomas White.
