Flag is made of a white plain-weave fabric; design, including a stylized Old Stone Mill, laurel wreath, and ribbon with the city's motto ("AMOR VINCET OMNIA.") are printed at center. Flag is attached to a plastic black staff with staples; staff has a gold-painted finial.
