Description
A MAHOGANY PEMBROKE TABLE ATTRIBUTED TO BENJAMIN BAKER (American, Newport, RI, late 18th century). The table features a rectangular top with two drop leaves, a conforming apron with a drawer on four stop-fluted legs joined by a cross-stretcher, and Chippendale brasswork. Believed to be by Baker.
