Description
A PAIR OF IRONSTONE CHINOISERIE HALL JARS (English, circa 1845) with domed covers. They have a dark blue ground with gold flowers scattered across the surface, panels with white grounds decorated with birds and flowers, grotesque handles, two on each jar, a figure of a seated Chinese man is the finial on each jar, and square tapered bodies with wide flat rims.
