Description
A BLUE TAXIDERMIED MACAW (South America, circa 1932). The stuffed macaw, now faded in color, was a pet in the household of Frederick H. Prince of Marble House. The macaw was named Toby and was "adopted" by the cook as he liked to roll walnuts on the long wooden work table in the kitchen to the delight of the staff. The macaw is resting on a round wooden perch.
