Photograph is part of a series documenting the 1938 visit of Jane Brand von Boecklin (later Allen) to her great-aunt-in-law, Julia Berwind of The Elms. Jane Brand von Boecklin married into the family through her first husband, Baron Rupprecht B.L. "Oakie" von Boecklin.
