Description
A PAIR OF BLUE AND WHITE VASES MOUNTED AS OIL LAMPS (Chinese, late 19th century) with bulbous bodies and flared necks, they have been converted to electric power by Gagneau, Paris. The bodies of the vases are covered in an overall floral design. The necks of the vases connect to bronze collars topped with frosted glass globes. Plaques on these bronze collars read "Gagneau, 115 Rue Lafayette."
