Description
A FOUR POSTER CANOPY BED (American, 19th century) in the French style. The painted white frame stands on four turned legs. The two end posts are fluted and turned, while the front two have a plainer design. Gilt foliate medallions decorate the block sections of the posts connected to the footboard.
