A PAIR OF ANDIRONS (French, 19th century) attributed to Bouhon Frères, Paris. Bronze winged putti figures sit atop ormolu bases with a pierced foliate gallery and other classical details. These andirons previously belonged to Mrs. Vanderbilt’s granddaughter Muriel Vanderbilt Adams.
