Description
A Chinese export cylindrical tankard (Chinese, c. 1785), decorated with molded and painted flowers and two borders of small raised dots. An intertwined handle connects to the body. The tankard is white porcelain decorated with a central monogram of "REG" surrounded by gold and green ribbons. Small sprigs of pink and purple flowers decorate the body and a curving purple band acts as a top border.
