An American slipware pie plate (Pennsylvania, 19th century) of circular shape with a pie crust edge. The redware body is decorated with a central triple wavy band of yellow tinted slip, with two stylized branches above and below. The front is covered in a clear lead glaze, the reverse is unglazed.
