Description
A trivet (American, c. 1750) with a horseshoe shaped cutwork brass tray with geometric designs and a turned ebonized wood handle. The tray is supported on a conforming wrought iron tripod base with cabriole legs terminating in pad feet, the legs are joined by a horseshoe shaped stretcher.
