A pair of Imari chargers (Chinese, 18th century) painted at center in underglaze-blue, iron-red, gold and a salmon wash with stylized rockwork and flowering tree peonies growing from branches sprouting fanciful fruit including gourds and peaches. The rims are painted with three corresponding floral sprays.
