A figure of a rooster (French, mid-late 19th century) molded by Paul Comoléra. The bronze dore sculpture depicts a rooster in a striding pose with its head help up and turned to its right as if about to crow. The rooster stands on a mound-shaped base with raised branches tied with ribbon by its feet, the base is signed “P. Comoléra.”
