Description
A porcelain figural group entitled “Kicked Out of Bed” (French, 19th century). The figural group is modeled as a woman dressed in white sleeping attire sitting up in bed, surrounded by peach colored bedding decorated with red flower heads, her left leg is raised above a man in a white night shirt who is in the process of falling out of bed. The group is raised on an oblong base with cantered corners. The underside is painted with a single arrow mark in blue under-glaze.
