Description
A sterling silver trophy (American, 19th century) of oblong loving cup form with curved side handles and a removable lid. The top of the lid and front of the trophy are engraved with the Morris family crest of a tower engulfed in flames with a banner above reading “TANDEM VINCITUR” (“At last it is conquered”). The trophy stands on a pedestal foot base.
