Description
A Queen Anne plate warmer (American, c. 1760) composed of copper. The cylindrical form plate warmer has an open front and dome shaped hood below an arched adjustable handle, the whole is supported by three graceful cabriole legs terminating in pad feet. The interior compartment houses a removable circular copper trivet supported on three straight legs (two with pad feet).
