Description
A figurine of Kuan Yin (Chinese, Qing Dynasty, c. 1910), in the style of the late Ming dynasty, composed of glazed pottery. Kuan Yin (or Guanyin), the bodhisattva associated with compassion, is depicted as a tall maiden wearing flowing robes in shades of yellow, green, and purple, and holds a ruyi head scepter in her arms.
