Description
A Singer sewing machine in a walnut cabinet (American, c. 1920) with a Hepplewhite style case with a hinged top that lifts open reveal the machine which can be propped up. In the front are two double doors inlaid with mahogany. These doors open and on their interior side are two compartments; one holds two drawers while the other contains six metal pieces for holding thread. The case rests on four rounded tapered legs with rings just before ending.
