Description
A pair of urns (French, c. 1840) in the Vieux Paris style. Both urns are shaped like an inverted bell with double upright strap handles. The bodies of the urns are decorated with polychrome country home landscape panels on a light brown ground. The lower section is tortoise shell colored, and it is all supported on a waisted gilt foot that rests on a marbleized square plinth.
