Description
A small silver trophy made of silver with a wooded base. Inscribed on the face of the trophy is “E.R.K from J.S.C” while the back is inscribed with “TO A STUDENT OF AUDUBON”. The trophy may have been given to Ella Rives King (1851 - 1925), wife of David King Jr. (1839-1894) of Kingscote. Tall, dramatically curved handles are on either side of the cup and rest above the foot of the trophy, which is atop a turned wooden base. At the foot of the trophy is stamped “Sterling 76.”
