Description
Teapot and stand in the neoclassical style, oval shaped cylindrical body with a straight cone shaped spout, wooden handle, and attached lid. Oval shaped stand supported by four tapered fet. Bright-cut engraving, a coat-of-arms, a shield with the initials "TH" (in script). Bright-cut engraving in swag motif and cartouche. Ebonized wood handle. "a" -- is the teapot and "b" -- is the stand. It is marked with numerous marks and symbols. Probably made in London, England.
